4 minutes and 2 seconds of an idea clearly thought through and edited precisely, without sound, then re-worked in 2 minutes and 45 seconds with sound. Essentially the Parthenon is flash lit or not, + or - sound. On/Off. Noise/Not. These decisions manifest the videos, and fragments thereof form the gallery shows. All are designed to illuminate, and are set within the context of, the wonders of current cyclopean economic unisonance

Future Urban Networks

Future Urban Networks is a research group based at the University of Huddersfield. F.U.N. developed from Unit 15, the postgraduate MArch architecture unit run by Nic Clear first at the Bartlett School of Architecture then at the University of Greenwich.

F.U.N. specialises in using film, animation, 3D scanning and motion graphics to generate, develop and represent architectural and spatial concepts and interventions.

Nic Clear is Head of the Department of Architecture and 3D Design at the University of Huddersfield.
